Julie joined STFC in January 2020 as the Admin & Events Manager. She manages a team of 5 admin staff and is responsible for leading on internal and external event management. She is also responsible for maintaining and updating ASTeCs social media platforms.
She previously worked for the Department for Work & Pensions for 33 years in many different roles prior to leaving in February 2018. following on from this she spent 18 months working for the NHS as a medical secretary/ admin coordinator prior to joining STFC.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, yoga and pilates.
