The meeting comprised of 28 senior representatives from all European In-Kind collaborators, who each presented updates on respective project delivery status. The participants also had the opportunity to view the SurfLab and Engineering Technology Centre (ETC) at Daresbury, which are both being utilised for large scale technology delivery to ESS. The SurfLab is providing the preparation and testing of all high beta Superconducting RF cavities for the high energy stage of the ESS linac and the ETC building is being used to prepare, assemble and qualify all intermediate Beam Transport Modules for the entire linac complex.
