​I joined Daresbury Laboratory in 2018 as an electronics degree apprentice after studying for my HNC at Wigan & Leigh College. I spent my first year completing off-site training at NWTC learning a variety of engineering skills to help with my role as an apprentice electronics technician where I will design and produce systems and circuit boards for various ASTeC groups. As part of my apprenticeship I attend Liverpool John Moores University on a day release scheme in order to complete a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
